Cengiz Mumcuoglu is a consummate professional in the construction and real estate development industry, with a rich history of leading complex projects to successful completion. 

Currently serving as Owners Representative for Camaco Development under his own Consulting Company Carawind Services. Cengiz is known for leading high performing teams with his adept leadership in creating vibrant communities and dynamic structures. He boasts an impressive track record of innovation, quality, and vision that positions him as a trusted leader within the sector. 

His expertise shines through in his strategic oversight of the Entourage-in-the-Sun condominium project, which is set to deliver luxury living with breathtaking water views and over 500 square feet of terrace space for each unit. 

His previous role as Director of Operations at SUN ARCHITECTURAL WINDOWS & DOORS showcased his passion for aesthetics and technical design, culminating in the company being recognized as "Best Windows and Doors" by Modern Luxury's Interiors South Florida magazine. 

As Project Executive for ANT YAPI USA, Cengiz leveraged over 27 years of experience to oversee the design development and construction of Missoni Baia Residences. This new 60 story tower is a beautiful addition to the skyline in the vibrant Edgewater district of Miami. His deep understanding of the South Florida building community has facilitated the successful execution of numerous residential and luxury projects. 

His broad experience encompasses roles such as Claims Manager and Senior Project Manager at Skanska USA Building Inc., where he honed his skills in project controls, risk management, and claims negotiation. 

Early on in his career he worked with Kiska USA Building and the Owner of the Marmaris Hotel, Oguz Gursel in the construction of boutiques residences at the historic landmarked building at 351 Central Park West, NY, NY.

Cengiz's dedication extends beyond his professional endeavors; he has made significant contributions to educational outreach as Regional Coordinator for the National Engineers Week Future City Competition. 

He has fostered a passion for engineering among middle school students, helping shape future generations of innovators. Mr. Mumcuoglu was honored by the American Society of Civil Engineers – NYC Metropolitan Section with the Kavanagh Service Award for Exemplary Service in the year 2000.

With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, fluency in Turkish, and several certifications including OSHA 30 hr + HAZWOPER and CPR/AED/First Aid/Bloodborne Pathogens, Cengiz Mumcuoglu stands as a beacon of leadership, expertise, and community contribution in the construction industry.
